You may return your items for a prompt refund or exchange if damaged in transit. Please let us know via e-mail or telephone at our Contact Us page.  Refunds for items returned within ten days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Since story and music are subjective, books and CD's may be returned only if damaged. If download files are corrupt, they will be replaced, or your account credited as above. 

Refunds for items returned more than ten days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
